Bath Bouquets- Herbal Bath Infusions
Instead of cut flowers, gift your loved one a herbal bouquet for Christmas! This time of year is full of consumption; pair it back, keep it simple, sustainable, and thoughtful. Herbal bath infusions are a good way to fight winter fatigue and symptoms, are non-toxic, and are a more affordable and thoughtful gifting option. A special winter treat for rejuvenation and restoration, a warm bath is soothing on its own (make sure it is not scorching!) and helps relax tight muscles, reduce tension, and improve circulation. Creating a bundle of herbs for specific ailments can also be a particularly thoughtful gift, tied together with cotton string or twine. To use, pop into your warm bath whilst filling the tub. Also great in a foot bath! When finished, dispose in your compost or food waste bin.
