LIVE ECO
A community project, working with local residents in Tower Hamlets to rethink their carbon emissions together.
Live Eco was a community project aimed at helping residents in Tower Hamlets reduce their carbon emissions through fun, practical workshops. Run by Sunny Jar Eco Hub and funded by the local council, the project brought together diverse groups across the borough.
We worked with ESOL classes, homeschool families, St Hilda’s Women’s Group and a group at St Margaret’s House, engaging them in activities like making eco-friendly products, mending clothes, and preparing low-carbon snacks. These workshops created opportunities for participants to learn, connect, and share ideas on how to live more sustainably as a community. To enable everyone to contribute to building a more environmentally conscious community.
